Abstract:
Useful methodologies have been developed, enabling the straightforward synthesis of peptides containing N(epsilon)-(carboxymethyl)-L-lysine (CML) and N(epsilon)-(carboxyethyl)-L-lysine (CEL), the major glycation end-products of lysine.
