Electronic Predistortion for Compensation of Fiber Transmission Impairments - Theory and Complexity Considerations
Abstract:
Electronic predistortion is a powerful technique to combat transmission impairments on fiber-optic communication links. The principle behind electronic predistortion will be revised and different methods to implement this method will be explained.
