CiRCus: A Framework to Enable Classification of Complex High-Throughput Experiments 
Abstract:
Despite the increasing use of high-throughput experiments in molecular biology, methods for evaluating and classifying the acquired results have not kept pace, requiring significant manual efforts to do so.
