Data collected from a restoration experiment implemented in a semi-arid riparian forest in NE Brazil. Data correspond to measured values of plant survival and growth during the two first years after the implementation of the restoration experiment. For details regarding each variable included in the dataset, please refer to the readme file.
Method of data assessment:
Field experiment testing the effects of plant species richness and phylogenetic diversity on the restoration of a semi-arid riparian forest in NE Brazil. The restoration experiment manipulates different levels of species richness (1, 3, and 9 species of trees planted) and phylogenetic relatedness among plants (close and distant related plants), and investigates its effects on plant survival and growth between 2015 and 2017.
