- The talk presents two implementations of LAMMPS-like dynamically rebuilding containers in the particle simulation library AutoPas. The performance across different algorithmic configurations is evaluated, and results from algorithm selection are presented to highlight that dynamic rebuilding can change the outcome, as it improves VL-based containers, while LC-based containers largely remain unaffected.
