Abstract:
The scaling of component sizes and distances between them, during the early stage of Vehicle Architecture Design, is time- and cost-consuming, due to numerous requirements as well as component and position alternatives. To enable fast scaling of dimensions, this paper introduces the development of empirical and semi-physical geometric substitute models.
