Betonfertigteile im Hochhausbau

Der Beitrag befasst sich mit der Anwendung von Betonfertigteilen im Hochhausbau. Aus Kostengründen wird eine kurze Rohbauzeit gefordert, welche in der Vergangenheit durch eine Optimierung und Automatisierung der Ortbetonschalungstechnik erzielt wurde. Die Fertigteilbauweise gibt uns die Möglichkeit die Bauzeit weiter zu verkürzen. Zudem verringert sie den Personal- und Materialeinsatz auf der Baustelle und führt so zu einer Vereinfachung der Herstellung. Im weiteren wird über die Anwendung von Betonfertigteilen bei Stützen, Decken und Wänden beim Hochhausprojekt FOUR in Frankfurt a.M. berichtet. The article deals with the use of precast concrete parts in high-rise buildings.
