Enabling Dynamic Load Balancing for MiniMD on OctoPOS
Abstract:
This thesis aims at adding dynamic load balancing to the miniMD (a simple parallel molecular dynamics simulation program) port in OctoPOS, an operating system that is meant to be run on exotic multiprocessor computers such as those designed specifically with the invasive computing paradigm in mind.
