Abstract:: Three- and four-junction III-V solar cells as well as their respective isotype cells were irradiated with electrons and protons. The cells were characterized in order to determine their electrical degradation parameters and their characteristic degradation behavior. A new experimental setup as well as a new data analyzing method were developed.
Translated abstract:: Es wurden sowohl Dreifach- und Vierfach-III-V-Solarzellen, als auch deren jeweilige Komponentenzellen mit Elektronen und Protonen bestrahlt. Die Zellen wurden charakterisiert, um deren elektrische Degradationsparameter und deren charakteristisches Degradationsverhalten zu bestimmen. Ein neuartiger Experimentalaufbau als auch eine neuartige Datenanalysemethode wurden entwickelt.
