Abstract:
For specialized vehicles designed for specific target groups, the standard product development process usually leads to inadequate products. The aim of this paper is to describe the necessary steps for applying an agile and modular framework for developing frugal products based on the case study of the aCar project. This frame-work leads to a higher quality of the end product and higher customer satisfaction.
