- Abstract:
- Integrity-based governance models are emerging as an effective approach to dealing with the new complexities of corporate governance and as an extension of compliance-based approaches. However, research on organizational integrity faces challenges such as inconsistent concept definitions, an indefinite research state, and limited management approaches. This cumulative doctoral thesis addresses these gaps with theoretical and empirical studies. The implications go beyond academic discourse.

- Integritätsbasierte Governance Modelle werden zunehmend als effektiver Ansatz zur Bewältigung steigender Corporate Governance Komplexitäten und als Erweiterung Compliance-basierter Ansätze angesehen. Gleichwohl steht die Unternehmensintegritätsforschung vor Herausforderungen wie unklaren Definitionen und limitierten Management-Ansätzen. Diese kumulative Dissertation adressiert diese Lücken mit theoretischer und empirischer Forschung. Die Implikationen gehen über den akademischen Diskurs hinaus.
