Translated abstract:
During cold-storage of raw milk, peptidases are produced by Pseudomonas, which may lead to milk spoilage. High cell counts independent from storage duration indicate farm-specific influencing factors. Those as well as the impact of milk transportation to the dairies on Pseudomonas loads were analyzed. Additionally, the characterization of three novel Pseudomonas species was performed, which were isolated from raw milk, or rather semi-finished milk products.
