Abstract:: Lehrkräftefortbildungen haben das Potential fachliche sowie technische Innovationen über die Professionalisierung von Lehrkräften schnell in die Unterrichtspraxis zu integrieren. Diese Interviewstudie (N=39) untersucht Begründungsmuster und Handlungsschritte von Lehrkräften bei der Implementation praktischer DNA-Analysen in den Unterricht. Dabei zeigte sich, dass die persönliche Wahrnehmung und Priorisierung bekannter Einflussfaktoren entscheidend sind, als bisher in der Literatur angenommen.
Translated abstract:: Professional development has the potential to quickly integrate scientific and technical innovations into classroom practice by training teachers. This interview study (N=39) examines teachers' reasons and action steps for implementing practical DNA analysis in the classroom. The study showed that personal perception and prioritization of known influencing factors are more crucial than previously assumed in the literature.
