To determine the prognosis of coronary CT angiography, a retrospective observational study was carried out in patients with suspected coronary artery disease after 10 years. For 2011 patients, the occurrence of the cardiological event rates death and myocardial infarction was determined. Using Cox proportional hazard analysis, the data set showed that patients without atherosclerotic vascular changes have an excellent long-term prognosis and patients with obstructed CHD have a high event rate. This enabled a new risk classification of the cohort.
