All experiments were performed on an industrial PBF-LB/P system (Formiga P100, EOS) using a commercial polyamide 12 powder (PA2200, EOS). An infrared thermography camera (ImageIR 8300, InfraTec) monitored melt and powder bed during processing. Single tracks, layers, density cubes, and tensile bars were produced under varied laser powers, scan speeds, hatch distances, and scan vector length. The resulting dataset links process parameters and thermal signatures to part properties (dimensional accuracy and density).
