Abstract:
This dissertation introduces CuuSE, a framework for continuous user understanding to extract and utilize tacit knowledge of users. CuuSE collects user feedback through kits and maps the feedback to features using a new concept called feature crumbs. A reference platform for user feedback visualization demonstrates the feasibility and extensibility of CuuSE. The results of three empirical validation cycles indicate that CuuSE enables developers to understand tacit knowledge of users.

Eine Referenzimplementierung zur Visualisierung von Nutzerreaktionen demonstriert die Machbarkeit und Erweiterbarkeit von CuuSE.
