Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Arbeit wurden Kohlenstoffnanoröhren (KNR) und Hybride aus KNR und dem Photosystem I (PSI) optoelektronisch charakterisiert. Eine optische Anregung des PSI induziert einen Elektronentransfer innerhalb des PSI. Photoleitwertsmessungen an PSI-KNR-Hybriden zeigen, dass Energie- bzw. Landungstransferprozesse zwischen dem optisch angeregten PSI und den KNR zu einem erhöhten Photoleitwert des Hybridsystems führen, wenn das PSI mit seinem internen Elektronentransportpfad senkrecht zu den KNR ausgerichtet ist. Des Weiteren wurden Photostrommessungen an freitragenden KNR durchgeführt. Es konnte gezeigt werden, dass eine Verspannung der KNR zu einem lokal erhöhten Photostrom der KNR aufgrund veränderter Potentialbarrieren führt.
