Die a-LKS ist ein Zustand beeinträchtigter Kognition mit Defiziten v.a. des episodischen Gedächtnisses und hat eine hohe Progressionsrate zur Alzheimer Demenz. Zur Untersuchung der neuronalen Korrelate veränderten Einprägens bei Patienten mit a-LKS untersuchten wir eine Patienten- und eine Kontrollgruppe anhand standardisierter Lernaufgaben mittels fMRT. Wir konnten zeigen, dass i.R. von Enkodierungsaufgaben beide Gruppen größtenteils gleiche Gehirnareale aktivieren. Unterschiede zwischen den Gruppen in Bezug auf Ausdehnung und Grad der zerebralen Aktivierung konnten im statistischen Testverfahren nicht nachgewiesen werden.      «

The a-MCI is a state of impaired cognition with deficits mainly of the episodic memory and has a high progression rate to Alzheimer dementia.To search for the neuronal correlates of impaired encoding in patients with a-MCI we examined a group of patients and a group of healthy controls during a standardized experiment of encoding with fMRI. We showed that both groups activate mainly the same brain areas. Differences between the groups in extension and amplitude of cerebral activation could not be demonstrated in the statistical analysis.      «
