The large-scale spectral characteristics of both 26Al and 60Fe in the Galaxy are studied with INTEGRAL/SPI. Both two lines are broadened slightly. The flux ratio of 60Fe to 26Al is 0.15. 26Al line energy shifts along Galactic longitudes are detected, which is consistent with expectation from Galactic rotation. 26Al emission signal toward high latitudes is detected, which would originate from local star-formation regions in the Gould Belt. Finally, 26Al spectra for three nearby star-formation regions, Cygnus, Vela and Sco-Cen, are obtained with SPI.
