In dieser Arbeit wird die Entwicklung einer medizinischen Datenbank beschrieben, welche der Erfassung von Nebenwirkungen, der Lebensqualität, sowie der Auswertung von speziellen Bestrahlungsparametern wie Dosis-Volumen-Histogrammen bei der konformalen, 3D-geplanten Strahlentherapie des Prostatakarzinoms dient. Neben der Darstellung der detaillierten Datenbankstruktur wird die Einbindung der spezifischen medizinischen Klassifikationssysteme in die Eingabeoberfläche sowie die programmgestützte Auswertung von Fragebögen eingehend dargestellt. Weiterhin werden die Möglichkeiten der Datenmodifikation und des Datenexports für die statistische Auswertung behandelt.     «

Software-Development of a medical client-server-database based on Microsoft Access and SQL Server for the aquisition and interpretation of medical data concerning the side-effects, quality-of-life, disease- and therapy-specific data (e.g. dose-volume-histograms) after 3D-conformal radiotherapy of prostate cancer.
