Die Arbeit befasst sich mit der Ermittlung der Investitionskosten über die Gesamtnutzungsdauer von Objekten der Verkehrsinfrastruktur in frühen Projektphasen. Basierend auf statistischen Methoden wird ein Ansatz entwickelt, mit dem Lebensdauern und Kosten aller Bauteile des Objektes ermittelt werden können. Die Objekte werden standardisiert. Die generierten Standardräume umfassen Bauteile, erforderliche Leistungspositionen und zugehörige Mengen. Aus der Lebensdauer der Bauteile ergibt sich die Austauschhäufigkeit der Bauteile über die Gesamtnutzungsdauer.     «

Based on statistical methods, an approach is developed to determine the service life and costs of all components of the object. The objects are standardized.
