Interobserver and Intraobserver reliability of a qualitative three-dimensional classification system for glenoid defects in reverse shoulder arthroplasty was assessed in this study. Using three-dimensional computed tomography reconstructions of 86 shoulders with glenoid bone defect in 79 patients, three observers classified the glenoid defect according to the classification. The classification system showed fair interobserver agreement and moderate intraobserver agreement, which is similar to comparable classifications.
