Translated abstract:
For a genotype-phenotype correlation 89 patients carrying at least one COL4A3/COL4A4 variant classified as (likely) pathogenic according to the ACMG guidelines were recruited and clinical data concerning the prevalence and age of first manifestation of microscopic hematuria, proteinuria, end-stage kidney disease and extrarenal manifestations were raised. Patients with monoallelic non-truncating COL4A3/COL4A4 variants reported a significantly higher prevalence of MH and proteinuria than individuals with truncating COL4A3/COL4A4 variants.
