In der Arbeit wurden mittels Fragebogen 460 Schülerinnen eines Mädchengymnasiums auf Wissen und Zutrauen in die eigenen Fähigkeiten vor und nach einem 90-minütigen Basic-Life-Support (BLS) Training untersucht. Die Ergebnisse wurden nach Jahrgangsstufe und Vorkenntnissen weiter unterteilt und nach 9 Monaten reevaluiert. Das BLS Training steigert Wissen und Selbstbewusstsein in allen Jahrgangsstufen und unabhängig vom Vorwissen, nach 9 Monaten war das Selbstvertrauen deutlich zurückgegangen
