Das Charakterisieren von Anlagen zum Produzieren und Abfüllen von Bier hinsichtlich Kapazität, Flächenbedarf und Kosten erfolgt üblicherweise mittels einschlägiger Berechnungsformeln und unter Zuhilfenahme empirisch ermittelter Tabellen und Grafiken. Die vorliegende Arbeit stellt die bekannten Hilfsmittel zusammen, entwickelt mathematische Zusammenhänge mit hinreichender Genauigkeit und bindet diese Berechnungsmethoden in ein Tabellenkalkulationsprogramm ein.
