The subacute stent occlusion is a threatening complication of coronary stenting. This thesis contributes to zu discussion about predisposing factors of subacute stent occlusion, based on considerations and experiments about genetic polymorphisms of platelet receptors and the fibrinogen-molecule. Experiments were established - based on RFLP-technic - to evaluate the polymorphisms HPA-1,-2,-3,-5 and Bß448. Groups of patients with (n=28) and without stent occlusion (n=148) were selected, additionally a control-group and consecutively registered concerning procedural and clinical parameters, afterwards genotyped. Summing up our results, we could not determin a genetic predictive parameter within the tested polymorphisms. However, known riskfactors could be confirmed and the experimental base for future studies on a larger population being established.
