In dieser Arbeit wurde das Konzept einer prophylaktischen Überexpression natürlicher Inhibitoren tumorassoziierter Proteasen (Matrix Metalloproteinasen, Plasminogenaktivatoren, Cysteinproteasen) im Wirtsgewebe zur Unterdrückung der experimentellen Metastasierung einer humanen Fibrosarkomzelllinie untersucht.
