This study tests the hypothesis that there are no statistically significant differences in operative outcome between aesthetic operations performed by residents and plastic surgeons. 403 aesthetic Surgeries were evaluated retrospectively and divided into subgroups. Postoperative outcomes of residents and plastic surgeons were compared regarding complications, incision-suture-time, drainage removal, hospital stay, wound healing and blood loss. There were no statistically significant results (p > 0,05).
