Abstract:
Sloshing is a complex fluid motion with high non-linearity. Violent sloshing results in large impact pressure on the tank that may lead to structural damage. Sloshing suppression using anti-sloshing baffles and interaction mechanisms between structure and fluid attract attention increasingly among engineering applications.
