Industry Foundation Classes are the open international standard in Building Information Modeling. As an interoperable format, IFC allow the exchange, storage, and sharing of data between participants in the construction industry, therefore, playing a significant role in architecture, engineering, and construction. IFC are continually improved, and a new version is introduced every few years. Thus, to test the features provided by the updated IFC version, a variety of example files should be created. However, software creators need considerable time to support a new IFC version. Hence, other tools should be implemented to create files in such data format. IFC files are generally created using either a text editor or visual programming platform, such as Autodesk's Dynamo. In the framework of this thesis, the IFC file modifier and creator is implemented using Visual Programming because it is more intuitive than conventional text editors, which generally update all semantics for IFC files. At the same time, unlike visual programming platforms such as Dynamo, which are concentrated more on geometry, this software focused on the modification of semantics of the IFC file.
