In this thesis, we investigate the dynamics of biomolecular systems through a combination of computational methods and experimental data. Hereby, we investigate the interaction between the large-scale motions of Complex I, the quinone dynamics, and cardiolipin. Furthermore, we introduce a new approach of integrating SAXS data into atomistic and coarse-grained simulations to characterize the dynamics of linear polyubiquitin.
