Environmental factors, such as the high number of product variants, increase the complexity of Order Processing. Holistic decision-making presents a challenge due to the lack of transparency in Order Processing, an inadequate data basis, and the unknown effects of decision alternatives. As a result, producing companies need a tool to support effective and efficient decision-making in Order Processing of complex production and logistics networks. Therefore, we present a Digital Twin in Order Processing at the 54th CIRP Conference on Manufacturing Systems. Because existing literature recommends identifying requirements as a first step and a prerequisite in implementing software, the present document provides the entire list of all identified requirements of a Digital Twin in Order Processing.
