Small and medium sized enterprises have a strong demand for versatile and easy-to-learn robots, which cannot be met sufficiently by current concepts. One of the main reasons is the lacking importance of a user-centered approach in the design of human robot interactions. Therefore, main goal of this dissertation is the development of a user-centered human robot interaction, which is focused on the analysis of the mental model of a designated user clientele and the integration of ergonomic guidelines.
