Die Dissertation umfasst eine Evaluation von Auswahlgesprächen als selektives und beratendes Instrument der Eignungsprüfung zum Lehramtsstudium. Anhand von quantitativen und qualitativen Daten einer Bewerberkohorte (N = 237) an der TUM School of Education werden Selektionseffekte, die Durchführungsqualität sowie die Akzeptanz von Auswahlgesprächen empirisch untersucht. Ziel ist es, das angewandte Zulassungsverfahren zu optimieren und hochschulübergreifende Empfehlungen für den Einsatz und die Gestaltung von Auswahlgesprächen zu entwickeln.     «

The dissertation evaluates admission interviews as a selective and advisory aptitude testing tool for teacher training. Quantitative and qualitative data of a cohort of applicants for teacher training (N = 237) at the TUM School of Education are analysed with regard to selection effects, the quality of implementation and the acceptance of admission interviews.
