Eine zunehmende Zahl von CABG-Patienten musste sich in der Vergangenheit einer Stent-Intervention mit konsekutiver Therapie mit (dualer) Thrombozytenaggregationshemmern unterziehen. Diese Arbeit hat Ergebnisse, Morbidität und Mortalität von 600 Patienten, die sich vor der CABG einer PCI unterziehen mussten, mit 600 Patienten verglichen, die keine vorhergehende Stent-Intervention erhalten hatten ("propensity-score pair-matched"). Dabei zeigten sich signifikante höhere Inzidenzen von postoperativen Blutungen, Rethorakotomien, Nierenversagen, Reanimationen, verlängerte Beatmungsdauer und ein erhöhter Bedarf an Blutprodukten und Thrombozytenkonzentrationen bei Patienten mit vorausgegangener Stent-Implantation.     «

An increasing number of patients requiring CABG have received previous stent interventions and subsequent antiplatelet-therapy. This study analyses early outcome, morbitity and mortality of 600 patients with stent-implantation prior to CABG compared to a propensity-score pair matched control collective of 600 patients without previous stent-therapy. The result document a higher incidence of postoperative bleeding complications, rethoracotomy, renal failure, prolonged mechanical ventilation and a higher need of blood products and platelets in patients with previous stent implantation.     «
