- Im Rahmen der Untersuchung wurden 57 schwerstverletzte Patienten (Polytrauma) eingeschlossen. Mithilfe eines automatisierten Immunoassays wurden in der unmittelbaren posttraumatischen Phase bis 72 Stunden IL-6, IL-8 und IL-10 Spiegel gemessen und diese in einem statistischen Verfahren mit den klinischen Einflussfaktoren korreliert. - Within this study, 57 severely injured patients (polytrauma) were surveyed. With the aid of an automated immunoassay, IL-6, IL-8 and IL-10 levels were measured during the direct posttraumatic phase for up to 72 hours and correlated with clinical parameters employing statistical methods.
