- Abstract:
- Pankreatische Neuritis (PN) ist ein histopath. Merkmal in chronischer Pankreatitis (CP) und im Pankreaskarzinom (PC) und ist mit neuropathischen abdominellen Schmerzen assoziiert. In dieser Arbeit wurden die Immunzelltypen in der PN immunhistochem. analysiert. Dabei zeigte sich, dass PN aus Makrophagen, CD8+ T-Lymphozyten und Mastzellen (MC) besteht. Schmerzen waren mit einer spez. Zunahme der MC in PN assoziiert. Dies deutet auf eine MC-induzierte Hypersensitivität im PC und in der CP hin.

- Pancreatic Neuritis (PN) is a histopath. feature of chronic pancreatitis (CP) and pancreatic carcinoma (PC) and correlates with abdominal neuropathic pain. In this dissertation immune cell subtypes composing PN were immunhistochemically quantified and correlated to the presence of pain. Here we could show that macrophages, CD8+ T-Lymphocytes and mast cells (MC) were the dominant cells in PN.
