Die hohe Komplexität mechatronischer Produkte erfordert die zielgerichtete Zusammenarbeit der beteiligten Disziplinen in der Entwicklung. Ausgehend von der Darstellung zentraler Herausforderungen wird eine Methodik zur Unterstützung der transdisziplinären Planung und Synchronisation mechatronischer Entwicklungsprozesse hergeleitet. Diese Methodik unterstützt auf Basis eines integrierten Produkt- und Prozessmodells in Form einer Multiple-Domain Matrix die Modellierung, Planung, Analyse, Steuerung und Visualisierung des Entwicklungsprozesses. Hierbei werden disziplinübergreifende Abhängigkeiten in der Produktarchitektur sowie Wechselwirkungen zwischen Produkt- und Prozessstruktur berücksichtigt.     «

The high complexity of mechatronic products requires goal-oriented collaboration of the disciplines involved during development. Starting with a presentation of key challenges a methodology to support the interdisciplinary planning and synchronization of mechatronic development processes is developed. This methodology is based on an integrated product and process model in form of a multiple-domain matrix and supports modelling, planning, analysing, controlling and visualisation of the development process. The approach accounts for cross-disciplinary dependencies in the product architecture and interactions between the product and the process structure.     «
