Carrier phase measurements of pseudoranges often allow for millimeter precision. The periodic nature of the carrier phase, however, leads to integer ambiguities. These ambiguities need to be resolved for accurate positioning. Blewitt and Teunissen provide two methods for the associated estimation process.
