This work deals with the development and experimental implementation of a physical concept for quality assurance of CT systems with a special focus on the newly developed CT d'Or technique. For quality assurance, dose measurements were performed and the image quality was analyzed for different systems. Additional to the conventional Fourier methods, an image-space based approach was applied. Since this was the first comprehensive application of the image-space approach to CT, the experimental implementation and the data treatment had to be developed first.
