Diese Dissertationsarbeit befasst sich mit der Synthese von neuen verbrückten Bis(imidazolium)-Salzen mit einer funktionellen Gruppe in der verbrückenden Einheit und deren Metallkomplexen. Durch die funktionelle Gruppe sind diese Verbindungen prädestiniert für die Immobilisierung auf organischen Polymeren oder anorganischen Materialien. In dieser Arbeit wurden funktionalisierte Bis-NHC-Komplexe des Palladiums und Rhodiums dargestellt und entweder auf einem Wang-Harz oder auf MCM-41 fixiert. Die dargestellten Komplexe wurden sowohl in der homogenen als auch heterogenen Suzuki-Miyaura-Kupplung respektive Hydrosilylierungsreaktion getestet. Die Verbindungen erwiesen sich als aktive Präkatalysatoren in diesen Reaktionen.
