Drift-diffusion and Machine Learning for High Efficiency Perovskite-Perovskite based Tandem Solar Cells
Halide organic-inorganic perovskites (HOPs) offer a wide range of bandgaps and low-cost fabrication making them an ideal candidate for tandem solar cells. Perovskite-perovskite based tandem solar cells have exceeded efficiencies of 23% for the four-terminal (4T) and of 18% [2,3] for the two-terminal configuration. The maximum theoretical efficiency limit for the two cell tandem structure is about 42% .
