Abstract:: Closed Loop Supply Chains (CLSC) present a mechanism for enhancing environmental sustainability and enable more efficient supply chain management. Product-Service Systems (PSS) present a possibility of increasing customer satisfaction, and firm competitiveness. We analyze the synergy effects that firms can achieve by integrating the concepts of PSS with CLSCs.
