Title:: A Framework for Bottom-Up Biomimetics
Abstract:: The initial point of bottom-up biomimetics is a natural solution with promising properties. A crucial challenge of this solution driven approach is the identification and evaluation of suitable applications for the technological adaption of the natural solution. We present a framework for a development process of biomimetic product development in the bottom-up approach.
