In der Dissertation werden zum einen allgemeine, theoriebasierte Empfehlungen (auf Grundlage der pädagogischen Interessentheorie) für die (Weiter-) Entwicklung interdisziplinärer Studiengänge entwickelt. Zum anderen zeigt die Arbeit konkrete Ansatzpunkte für die Weiterentwicklung des Studiengangs Ergonomie – Human Factors Engineering an der TUM auf. Darüber hinaus erfolgt, auf Grundlage der Analysen und Untersuchungen der Arbeit, eine Einschätzung über die Rolle, Möglichkeiten und Grenzen des QM-Systems im Rahmen der Studiengangentwicklung. Die Arbeit ist theoretisch verortet in Arbeiten zur Entwicklung und Unterstützung von Interesse in Lehr-Lernumgebungen sowie Forschungen zur Studiengangentwicklung und der Hochschulforschung.     «

On the one hand, the dissertation develops general, theory-based recommendations (based on the educational theory of interest) for the (further) development of interdisciplinary study programs. On the other hand, the thesis shows concrete starting points for the further development of the study course Ergonomics - Human Factors Engineering at the TUM. Furthermore, based on the analyses and investigations of the dissertation, an assessment of the role, possibilities and limits of the QM-system in the development of the study program is made. The work is theoretically located in activities for the development and support of interest in teaching-learning environments as well as research on the development of the study program and university research.     «
