This thesis gives a technical solution for building a jointless steel reinforced concrete lining inside the tailskin of a modified tunnel boring machine. This cast in place lining serves as permanent, single pass lining. On the basis of new developments in the concrete technology with exact adjustable curing behaviour and on tests, focusing workability and mixing behaviour of the high performance concrete, a concept for handling all the required processes is developed. After defining the requirements solutions are shown especially for the design requirements as well as for the mechanical prerequisites. Additional focus was laid on the development and test of different mixing devices for the mixture of additives into a dynamic concrete flow. An economical survey completes this study.
