Diese Arbeit befasst sich mit Primärtherapie und Krankheitsverlauf von 670 Mammakarzinompatientinnen am Zentralklinikum Augsburg. Primärdaten und Ergebnisse einer 6-Jahres-Nachbeobachtung werden in Hinblick auf Patientinnenkollektiv, klinisch-pathologische Parameter und Primärtherapie mit den Daten des Tumorzentrums München verglichen. Die Bedeutung verschiedener Einflußgrößen bei retrospektiven Analysen wird mittels mathematischer Modelle gezeigt. Insgesamt spiegeln die Ergebnisse eine gute Versorgungsqualität wieder und unterstreichen die Bedeutung einer umfassenden Datenerhebung zur Qualitätssicherung.     «

This data census deals with the primary therapy and the course of disease of 670 women with breast cancer, who underwent operative treatment at the Zentralklinikum Augsburg. Primary data and the results of a 6-year Follow-Up are compared with the database of Tumor center Munich into regard of patient collective, clinical pathological parameters and primary therapy. Mathematic models hereby show the meaning of different cause variables in retrospective analyses. Altogether, the results reflect a good quality of supply and they underline the meaning of comprehensive data census for quality assurance.     «
