Abstract:
Zur Verbesserung der unzureichenden diagnostischen Sensitivität der endoskopischen Zytologie und Biopsie wurde ein neues endoskopisches Instrument, die Zytospirale, entwickelt. In der vorliegenden Arbeit konnte gezeigt werden, daß sowohl mit dieser als auch mit der Technik der Doppel- bzw. Dreifachbiopsie die gewonnene Gewebemenge deutlich gesteigert werden konnte, mit dem Ziel, die zytologische Diagnostik durch mehr zur Verfügung stehendes Material zu verbessern.

To improve the insufficient diagnostic sensitivity of endoscopic cytology and biopsy a new endoscopic device, the cytocoil, was developed. In this theses we showed that both by the technique of double- rsp. triple-biopsy and by use of the cytocoil the gained amount of tissue could be significantly increased. Thereby we intended to improve the cytological diagnostic by a greater amount of available endoscopic gained tissue.
