Abstract:
In der vorliegenden Arbeit werden Untersuchungen zur effizienten und genauen Simulation von BAW (bulk acoustic wave) -Bauteilen durchgeführt. Bei der Simulation von BAW-Bauteilen müssen sowohl akustische als auch elektromagnetische Effekte berücksichtigt werden. Der Fokus dieser Arbeit liegt auf der Verbesserung elektromagnetischer Simulationsmethoden. Die Ergebnisse dieser Arbeit können dazu verwendet werden, BAW-Bauteile effizienter und genauer zu charakterisieren.
Translated abstract:
Research results on the efficient and accurate simulation of BAW (bulk acoustic wave) components are presented in this work. For the simulation of BAW components, it is required to capture the acoustic and the electromagnetic effects. The focus of this work is on the improvement of the electromagnetic simulation methods. The results of this work can be used to characterize BAW components more efficiently and accurately.
