Abstract:
Diese Arbeit dient als Proof-of-Principle-Studie zur Herstellung vaskularisierter Fettgewebskonstrukte für eine individuelle Brustrekonstruktion. Es erfolgte die Etablierung einer innovativen CAD/CAM-basierten Technologieplattform zur Herstellung eines individuellen Brustimplantats und die Untersuchung der strukturellen Eigenschaften bioaktiver Implantate in vitro und in vivo bezüglich Adipogenese und Integration ins Gewebe.

This work serves as a proof-of-principle study for the engineering of vascularized adipose constructs to allow an individual breast reconstruction. An innovative CAD/CAM-based technology platform was established to manufacture an individual breast implant. In vitro and in vivo studies of the structural features of bioactive implants were performed to assess adipogenesis and integration into tissue.
